Terms & Conditions

The Scratch Bar Terms & Conditions

1. Appointments & Scheduling

All sessions must be booked in advance through our official booking platform. Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions without price adjustments.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the service fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee. Fees are non-refundable.

3. Grace Period

A short grace period may be allowed for rescheduling due to unforeseen circumstances. Please contact us as soon as possible if an emergency arises.

4. Payments & Tips

Payment is required at the time of booking or immediately after the service. We accept credit/debit cards and other secure forms of payment. Tips are always appreciated and go directly to your scratcher.

5. Client Comfort & Safety

For your comfort, you may be offered earplugs during your session to enhance the experience and reduce external noise. Please inform us of any sensitivities, preferences, or health concerns before your session begins. Services are non-therapeutic and intended solely for relaxation and stress relief.

6. Conduct

We maintain a professional, respectful, and safe environment. Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

7. Policies Subject to Change

The Scratch Bar reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the revised “Effective Date.”
